Project Overview

OmnoVera came to us as a new workforce consultancy in need of a professional digital presence that could establish credibility from day one. With services spanning employee health and wellness benefits, fractional and contract talent solutions, and employee experience programs, the website needed to clearly communicate a broad offering while positioning the company as a trusted partner to organizations of all sizes.

We designed and developed a completely custom Framer website that gives OmnoVera a polished, established presence and a strong platform for introducing its services to prospective clients.

Our Strategy

The challenge was to take several distinct service areas and bring them together under one clear, cohesive brand story. We structured the website around OmnoVera's core focus on strengthening organizations through their people — making complex workforce solutions easier to understand while giving each service enough space to communicate its individual value.

The visual direction was intentionally modern, confident and professional, helping a new consultancy feel established without relying on the predictable corporate aesthetic often seen in the HR and benefits space. Clear content hierarchy, purposeful calls to action and responsive layouts guide organizations through the company's capabilities and toward the right next step.

We also integrated direct calendar booking and a website contact form, creating a streamlined path from discovering OmnoVera to starting a conversation.
